WDi4K specializes in custom sneakers and apparel.  We focus on enhancing classic silhouettes using a modern minimalist aesthetic.  

 It all started for me when my dear mother bought me my first pair of Air Jordan 1’s in 1985.  I was so hyped at the fact this shoe had the most interesting colorway at the time.  I was smitten with the design of the shoe and how all the colors came together in such a clean fashion.  Needless to say, I was in LOVE.  Then, Hip-Hop culture was on the rise.  It broke down conservative cultural norms, invented new ways to create art/music, and created a sense of togetherness.  In addition, growing up in Washington DC, I was exposed to the inauguration of the coupling of high-end fashion with street wear in the 80’s.  These were major influences that molded my passion to create art.  Whether it is on a sneaker, canvas, or fabric, I will paint on it.

 I’m fueled by my passion of wanting to be a unique individual.  I have always wanted wear my clothing in my own way.  If that meant I needed to take a pair of crispy, white, Air Force 1's out the box and break out my paint set, so be it.  I believe everyone has the right to feel and look great in what they wear.  This promotes confidence, happiness, and overall well-being.
